Fox Line Studio is a sole trader web design business operated by Gavin Judge, based in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. We can be contacted at gavin@foxlinestudio.co.uk.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We only collect personal data that you provide directly to us. This happens when you submit our contact form and includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business type
• Any information you include in your message

We do not collect any sensitive personal data and we do not collect data from children under the age of 16.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about potential or ongoing projects. We will never use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Our lawful basis for processing your data is legitimate interest — you have contacted us with a business enquiry and it is reasonable to respond to that enquiry.

If we introduce any tools in the future that use cookies — such as Google Analytics — we will update this policy and add an appropriate cookie notice to the site.

Your enquiry data is processed through Netlify, our hosting provider, who receive form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is GDPR compliant and processes data securely. You can read their privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years. If we enter into a working relationship, we will retain relevant project data for up to 6 years in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
